Epologue, In Which Several Endings May Be Discerned Summary

Tristran and Yvaine spend three years traveling through Faerie, pleased to have each other and deeply in love. The Lady Una has returned to Stormhold and rules as regent waiting for their return. The people of Stormhold are ecstatic to have the Lady Una returned to them and even more pleased when she informs them of the future return of her son.

Tristran and Yvaine arrive in Stormhold and Tristran remarks that his mother is doing a fine job of running things, and that the couple still have so many places to visit, and wrongs to right. Yvaine agrees, and they leave a note for the Lady Una, telling her that they have been detained by the world.
