Summary
Graham and Audra prepare for an origami convention where they are taking Matthew. The day before their departure for the convention, Graham finds a piece of paper in Audra’s purse. The paper has the name Jasper written on it, as well as a phone number. Graham is surprised and worried. He pockets the paper. Graham, Audra, and Matthew drive to the convention, with Clayton as a passenger. Graham continues to be perturbed by Clayton’s lake of conventional social skills despite being a grown, married adult. However, Clayton’s rather childlike outlook appears to increase the affinity between Clayton and Matthew. They eventually arrive at the convention, where Matthew takes specialized origami classes and interacts with other origami enthusiasts.
