Summary
Bitsy is no longer staying at Graham and Audra’s apartment. Graham arrives at his office, where he is greeted by his rather unintelligent secretary Olivia. Olivia says she has been locked out of her apartment, and Graham advises her to call a locksmith. Graham receives a call from Elspeth, who says that her recently deceased aunt has a joint bequest in her will. The bequest pertains to her and Graham. Graham and Elspeth meet at the office of the lawyer who is executing the will. The bequest is a valuable cat statue, which Graham and Elspeth agree to sell and evenly split the money.
With the help of Audra (though Elspeth is unaware of Audra's request of an apartment building's board of directors), Elspeth has been accepted into the new apartment. She mentions that she is living with someone, a relatively new boyfriend...
