Summary
Harvath has a meeting with Filip Landsbergis, a member of Lithuanian intelligence, planning the mission ahead in Kaliningrad. Then, in the cover of night, Harvath and three of his other team members parachute in to a Kaliningrad farm.
In Washington, D.C., in Chapter 63, Ryan and Kopec have another meeting, and Kopec gruffly informs her that she must now pay a large fee to buy back the weapons, which angers her.
In Chapter 64, Harvath and the three members of his team sleep in a Kaliningrad barn overnight, and then, dressed as tourists, they are picked up by a pre-arranged Lithuanian driving a produce truck, who takes them into the city proper of Kaliningrad. In the morning, Harvath and one team member, Chase Palmer, scout out Tretyakov's apartment while having breakfast at a café from right down the street. Then, Harvath and Palmer begin...
