Sacrificial Rites; The Ticking of Expensive Clocks Summary

Tyler meets again with the Martian ambassador. Wun tells his doctor that he enjoyed the science-fiction literature and that he would like to have more books to read. He also says that he already met with Preston Lomax, the probable future President of the United States, and that the two exchanged general ideas. Later on, Lomax tours the Perihelion facilities along with E.D. After the tour, Tyler is called to meet with Jason and Lomax. Tyler discovers that Molly tipped E.D. about Jason's medical condition and that E.D. used that information to try and convince Lomax that Jason's plan on using the replicators technology was not a good idea. Tyler and Jason manage to turn the argument around against E.D.
