Summary
In “The Widow’s Walk,” the three housemates went to Paper Cup for Maude to meet Richard. While they were waiting, they discussed the house and realized that there was a widow’s walk on the outside. Although the attic they had seen was very small and had no door to the widow’s walk, they wondered if there was another section of the attic that was closed off somehow. Richard came in but did not recognize Maude because she had aged so much in the few years since he had abandoned her on their wedding day.
In “The Widower’s Walk,” Richard sat down with the three housemates. Maude asked him why he had left her, and when he started to give a romantic answer about loving her too much, Sunna interrupted him...
