Summary
In “Larry, The Very Good Landlord,” Larry decided to go to a punk show after talking to Mackenzie. He was nervous about what to wear, and whether the audience would think he was a poseur. When Maude called and demanded that he come over to fix the mailbox, which was flooding, and check on a strange sound in the attic, he used it as an excuse to get out of the show. He fixed the mailbox and installed two more so that each apartment had its own box. He did not want to go into the attic, so he left. Outside, he looked back and saw the ghosts in the attic.
