Summary

Erin learns that Mark was fired in "Interview One," while she is waiting to begin her first in person interview. Mark’s boss discovered his plan to leave and fired him. She pushes aside her worries to begin her interview with Holli Byford, a 23 year old woman serving five years for arson in the London riots. Swept up in the whirlwind, Holli joined a group of her friends breaking into shops. After the looting, they ended up on a bus and she started a small fire. It got out of hand, and the whole bus caught fire. The events were all caught on video. When she asks Holli if she would ever do it again, she completely changes. She acts remorseful, and Erin recognizes that it is the same version of Holli that the girl will show the parole board...
