Chapter 30 Summary
Darcy enjoys her moments alone with Ethan though they are constantly interrupted by calls or visits from Geoffrey. One day during Darcy's thirty-first week, Geoffrey arrives for one of his visits. When Geoffrey hands Darcy brochures of a potential home for them, Darcy seizes the moment to tell him she doesn't feel right about their relationship. Geoffrey brushes her lack of feelings aside, telling her that she is probably just confused. Darcy insists she cannot continue their relationship. As Geoffrey leaves, Darcy stops him to ask if they can remain friends, to which Geoffrey is happy to oblige.
Later that night, Darcy tells Ethan that she has broken up with Geoffrey. When he asks how she feels, Darcy responds that she is mainly sad she will have to return home sooner than she expected. Ethan insists he wants Darcy to stay as long...
