Chapter 25 Summary

When Darcy finds out Ethan and Sondrine's relationship is getting serious, she decides to throw herself into her relationship with Geoffrey. Meg and Charlotte think Darcy and Geoffrey are the perfect pair. They tell her this revelation during a walk through New Hyde Park one afternoon. After an evening out, Geoffrey invites Darcy to his apartment. A tour around Geoffrey's apartment leads the two to his bedroom where Darcy and Geoffrey slowly undress and make love. When Darcy looks into Geoffrey's eyes the following morning, she knows he is hers.

Geoffrey introduces Darcy to his son Max shortly after their first night together. Darcy is determined to get through to the four-year-old.
