Summary

This section opens with Allie’s realization that her mother will be under psychiatric care for a long time. Allie blames not only her father, but also herself. Julian is brooding over Sasha’s attraction to Kyle, but then learns of Kyle’s true identity and uses this knowledge to provoke Sasha. David confronts his mother about his father’s business deal with Scott Brown; he is still reeling from his father’s accusations. Kyle ponders over the proposal of playing Russian Roulette, and continues to be plagued with thoughts of his father’s actions. He flashes back to his father’s abuse, and sneaks alcohol to sleep, and to forget.
