Summary

In Chapter 17, Tori and Michael arrive at her house. Michael hugs her and asks if they are friends yet. Tori gets upset and asks why he is obsessed with being her friend, then wonders if he is in love with her. He jokes around at first that maybe he is, but then they get into an argument, and he leaves. She goes inside and feels like a terrible person.

In Chapter 18, Tori goes to school and talks to her friends, but all Becky wants to do is talk about her boyfriend. After class gets out, Tori goes with Charlie and their parents to his therapy appointment. Charlie tells Tori that she should give Michael a chance.
