Summary

In Chapter 10, Billie describes the chaos of the next several days. She is contacted by a lot of people after appearing on Mason's show. Some want advice while others want her time. Mason calls each morning to give Billie the list of people who have called the station. One day, he asks to drop off the list in person. Billie is very busy and does not want this relationship to advance. She puts the phone on mute while she argues with Calvin, then discovers Mason heard their conversation. When he says he is not interested in a relationship, Billie invites him to stop by. Billie conducts several radio interviews by phone with varying degrees of success.
