Summary

Part Three is the longest of the four parts. It begins with Blur driving down a highway when the Guiding Star suddenly breaks down. He calls his network for assistance, and they send an anonymous handyman named Friend Dave. Friend Dave takes Blur and the Guiding Star to Experanza, Blur’s longtime friend. Blur tells Experanza about Cammie, and she is more worried about it than he is, thinking that it suggests there is a breach in the network. Experanza also performs Reiki on Blur. He is skeptical of the benefits she claims it has, but Blur is unnerved by Experanza's severe concern over Cammie.
