Point of View

This novel is told from the point of view of a third person omniscient narrator. This point of view is ideal for this novel because it has so many different characters and so many different points of action. There would be no way for all of the different stories and points of view to be covered by a first-person narrator. For instance, there is one series of action taking place in Our Place where all the women are waking up after falling prey to the Aurora Flu. Another series of action consists of Frank and his men as they decide to fight against the officers in the jail for the custody of Evie. A third series of action consists of Clint and the people in the jail as they prepare to defend themselves again Frank and his men.
