Chapters 19 to 21 Summary

Dr. Rudy Graveline finds sex with the Hollywood Star, Heather Chappell, a means to focus his mind on the solution to his many predicaments. Not the least of these is that the actress wants a full cosmetic plastic surgical makeover and, not only that, but she insists the procedures be videotaped. When he gets a phone call from New York, instead of one of his connections to the mafia, it turns out to be the male stripper Johnny LeTigre who has forgotten about his mole and now wants Graveline to fix his nose and his abdomen. Reynaldo has decided to by pass Christina Marks and makes an appointment with Graveline at the clinic to single handedly get the expose on the doctor and simultaneously correct his physical shortcomings, which his paranoiac, masochistic personality tells him he is exhibiting.
