Chapters 10 to 12 Summary

Dr. Rudy Graveline is dining with Dade County Commissioner Roberto Pepsical. He is offering a bribe to get a permit for a low-density public use zone ordinance to be changed so that he can move forward on his real estate project, the Old Cypress Towers. He also primes the commissioner to watch out for a disgruntled employee who is threatening him with police action on an old medical case. When Rudy Graveline gets back to his clinic, Chemo is there with the news that he has eliminated Stranahan. Graveline starts the treatment for Chemo's facial skin problem.
