Chapters 31 and 32 Summary
George Adams needs all of his skill to get the Robinson helicopter off the deck of the Oregon in the swells of the ever increasing storm but he does it. Max radios them to relay an SOS coming from the Sidra. They have a split in their hull. Juan asks Captain Cassedine to turn due east but the Captain claims damage to the steering gear. To get the Captain and crew off the ship, he tells them he can't come close in the storm, so they will have to abandon ship and be picked up. Juan gets the number in their crew and shortly after tells Cassedine they are ten miles out and he should leave his vessel now. As they approach in the helicopter, Juan can see the lifeboat pulling away. He and Eddie are dropped as carefully as possible...
