Summary

In Chapter 74, Mikami was impressed with the efficient work being done by Matsuoka’s officers. Matsuoka announced that he wanted the traffic lights all fixed on green. Mikami was taking notes and marking the time at which he could call Suwa to inform him. The police tracked the location from where the calls originated and found that they all came from inside the same general area in Genbu City.
