Summary

Violet helps herself to leftover Chinese food and Kate invites her to spend the night. She tells Kate about her experience driving and is able to laugh at how her prediction caused the mostly empty roadways that made the drive less challenging overall. They go upstairs and Violet gets into bed first. When Kate climbs in beside her, Violet bolts up and announces Kate reeks of sex, asking her if she is having an affair while Jeremy is out of town. Kate changes the subject and asks how Stephanie is doing. Violet admits she hasn’t seen her since they'd argued about the way she'd handled a question from an interviewer who had presumed her mate was a male.
