Summary

Kate flashes back to the events that led up to her wedding with Jeremy. Despite having decided to hold the wedding in Mendocino, the costs continued to add up. Kate and Jeremy had dinner with his boss, Leland, and wife, Xiaojian, who assured Kate that if they were planning to have children she would soon be forced to choose between them and a career. While still in the restaurant, Tom’s brother Laird approached their table, saying how surprised he was to see Kate since he had just been discussing her and the fact that she and her sister had "crazy psychic powers." Jeremy deflected him and after he left Xioajian asked Kate if she was the good or the bad twin. She says the bad one.

Jeremy was surprised by the fact that Kate carried credit card debt, and was still paying off...
