Summary
In “Show Them a Good Time,” an unnamed narrator recalls interviewing for some kind of employment program with someone she refers to only as “Management” (1). After the interview, she was given a uniform and shown to a garage. It was not a real, functioning garage, but some sort of simulation in which she was expected to pretend to work, alongside a man named Kevin.
