Little Wing, Wisconsin

Little Wing, Wisconsin is the small town where Kip, Henry, Ronny, Lee and Beth grew up together. It is in this town that the majority of the action of the novel takes place.

The Feed Mill

When Kip returns to town, he buys and renovates this feed mill. He saves this landmark from his childhood but goes bankrupt in the process. When Lee learns how much trouble Kip has gotten himself into financially with the mill, Lee buys it from Kip. He intends to make a recording studio and music hall. Ronny and Lucy are married at the mill.

New York

New York is the city to which Lee moves to live with Chloe. When Lee and Chloe get married, Henry and Beth, as well as Ronny and Lucy travel to New York for the wedding.
