Leland “Lee” Sutton
Lee Sutton is Little Wing’s golden resident. After having grown up in Little Wing, Lee made it big in the music business. He is famous. His first album, written about the town, has gone platinum. Lee is one of the five narrators in the novel.
Before Lee became a success, he had returned to Little Wing believing he was a failure. He had been a member of a variety of bands all of which had fallen apart. His parents had divorced and left Little Wing. He did not even have any place to live and wound up staying in a boarding house with a number of Mexicans.
