Summary

Chapter 20 is from Molly’s perspective. Alex inspects Molly’s closet and finds a lot of bland clothes and a lot of other clothes Molly never wears. Molly’s mother shows up and her and Alex make Molly go to the mall. Alex takes Molly away from her mother and the two shop together. After a few stores, Alex finds Molly a pair of jeans that make her feel confident. Molly starts feeling sure of herself as she picks out new clothes. While they are trying on clothes together, they talk about confidence. Molly admits she has never had Asian food. They spend most of their time changing facing away from one another.
