Chapters 22 through 25 Summary

In Chapter 22, Sarah insists that Robert take her to meet his sister. Robert refuses until Sarah takes off her jacket and shows him the jagged scars of Nikolas's inscription. Robert then agrees, saying that he doesn't believe Christine will talk to Sarah but he hopes the meeting will somehow help Sarah kill Nikolas.

In Chapter 23, Robert warns Sarah not to "bully" Christine into talking. Christine doesn't initially acknowledge Sarah but then Sarah moves so that her wounds are in Christine's line of sight. Christine stops what she's doing and asks if "he" send Sarah. She is obviously hoping this is the case but that she wants to talk about Nikolas. Christine begins to talk, saying a girl named Heather took her to the bash. She says the rooms were filled with color and that she'd been nervous until she saw Nikolas...
