Chapter 10, 11 Summary

In chapter 10, Aaron, Sam, and Shadow Love are in their apartment when Billy knocks on the door. Billy is still reeling from murdering a man and wonders how he is going to escape police scrutiny. Shadow Love tells everyone that they all will eventually be caught. The police will talk to, pay off, or threaten the right people to get information about the Indians behind the murders. Leo calls after their conversation to check in; all the men are glad to hear he is all right. He got out of Indian Country just in time. Also, he cut his hair so he isn't as distinctive. Leo tells the Crows that the police and FBI are everywhere and that the media is really pushing the story. Out at the sweat lodge, the Crows and Shadow Love talk about killing.
