Chapter 9, Pension Summary
Peter Wiggin emails Dumper with a draft of the Constitution of the Free People of Earth. It has an irrevocable clause that does not allow people to back out without serious consequences. Peter invites Dumper to join him.
Bean speaks with Theresa Wiggin and asks if Ender is receiving his pension. She thinks he is. Bean thinks someone should take care of Ender's money and suggests using the Battle School software to take care of Ender's money, so no humans are involved.
Theresa and John Paul meet with Peter, and Theresa makes a comment that cues Peter in to the fact that Bean thinks he's stealing Ender's pension. Peter claims he is investing it and that some of the money is being used to search for Peter's babies.
