Summary

In Chapter 36, Joseph went to Sonoma, California where he met Tim and Becca, a couple who owned a struggling winery. He was hired to work there. Interestingly, Tim and Becca listened to Suzy’s radio show. Joseph learned his interaction with Suzy had shattered something in her. Joseph believed he had broken her heart.

Joseph began researching the business decisions that Tim and Becca had made when they told him they were going to have to close. He believed one investor had intentionally sunk the winery so he could buy it. Joseph gave them the money to buy out that investor. When they asked what he wanted, he said he wanted to see their dream come true.
