Chapters Ten through Twelve Summary

Bebe and Eliot fly to Paris, teasing each other about being "normal." At one point, Eliot asks Bebe what normal people talk about. Eliot says that it's much too early to say anything about love but that he is very much "in like" with Bebe. She says that she is also very much "in like' with him. It's noted that Bebe earns more than $600,000 a year as a host on Sellevision and that she could easily have afforded to take Eliot to Paris, but the fact that he does invite her seems to make her slightly concerned that the relationship is moving too quickly. As they are on the way to Paris, Eliot gives her a beautiful jewelry box which further concerns Bebe. Then Bebe opens the case to find a candy bracelet inside.
