During the last days of June, the Storm Troop becomes active again. This time, they meet in Nice, in the French Riviera. The Soldier, Colonel Essmann and his two companions, the Nurse and the Legal Secretary were the last to arrive at their appointed meeting place. It was the twenty-eighth of June and a very serious meeting is being called to order. Among the participants are the Banker, the Engineer, the Accountant, the Newspaperman and the Lawyer. All are silent as the Soldier begins his oration.
