Chapters 9 - 12. Summary

In Chapter 9, Selena runs into school a little nervously. She sees Katy and tells her she is getting a little paranoid and that she heard from the admirer again. Katy tells her to call the police, but Selena is convinced it is just Danny being a joker. She sees Danny at her locker and approaches him. He is trying to put a note into her locker. Selena accuses him of leaving her threatening notes and leaving her the dead flowers. He tells her she is crazy, that this is the first note he has ever tried to leave. It is an apology to her for what happened at the party, but now that she is being crazy he isn't going to give it to her. After Danny leaves, Selena wonders if she should believe him or if his not contained a...
