Jessica isn't in the most recent issue of Pinevile Low, so she decides to talk with Percy (Pepe) about his crush on Bridget. Percy insists that he doesn't have a crush on Bridget because a girl like Bridget could never like someone like him. In the meantime, Bridget plans a trip to NYC to confront Hy Wallace at a reading and book signing event. Jessica says she'll ride the bus with Bridget because it's the same day as her march with Paul. Bridget expresses her concern to Jessica that since Jessica and Len broke up, Jessica seems to be re-obsessed with Paul Bridget reminds Jessica that Paul is gay.
