Part 3: Chapter 9 Summary
While Ross continues to struggle with depression, Meredith finds herself enjoying the first relaxing day with Lucy and Ruby in a long time. However, Meredith is shocked when Lucy says that she can see a little boy in striped pajamas sitting against the wall outside the holocaust museum. Eli gets a warrant to exhume the bodies of Cecelia and Lily Pike. Before serving it, however, he approaches Az Thompson and asks him to arrange an Abenaki ceremony to honor the dead. Az quickly agrees. Across town, Ross runs into Curtis at the local gas station and learns that he is there to get rid of Lia. Ross immediately begins planning a way to keep Curtis from scaring her away.
