Point of View

Sea of Tranquility is narrated primarily in third person and past tense from the perspectives of multiple characters, each of whom is related in some way to an experience called the anomaly. The characters live in different time periods and places and are linked together through a web of connectivity related to the anomaly. Edwin St. Andrew is a young British man living in the early 20th century, Mirella Kessler is an American woman living in New York City in 2020, Olive Llewellyn is a resident of a colony on the moon in the 22nd century, and Gaspery-Jacques Roberts also lives on the moon, but in the 25th century.
