Chapter 35 Summary

Claudia finds Jared wearing the glove inside of Incarceron. Jared admits to Claudia that he is Sapphique. The Warden confirms that his old friend has found a body after all. The portal door presents itself and Jared confirms that everyone is together—inside and outside. Jared walks toward the crowd of the prisoners and they reach out to touch Sapphique. Rix takes out a piece of chalk to draw them a magic door. Rix tells Jared that they all think Jared is Sapphique, but that Rix knows Jared is not Sapphique. Jared reaches to open the door Rix has drawn on the floor. The warden tells Claudia to go through the door, but that he is going to stay at the prison. Claudia asks if Finn is the real Giles. He declines to answer, sends Claudia away and tells her to rebuild...
