Chapters 16 Summary

Attia and Keiro come to a hole in the floor. Suddenly, a gang of women surrounds them. They take away Keiro and the glove. When the gang removes their mask back at their den, they tell Attia that they are the swans.

Chapters 16 Analysis

The swam is what Sapphique turned himself into to get away from the prison. Hence, the gang of girls must be his followers and representatives. The gang capturing Keiro as a salve and caring for Attia foreshadows them leading Attia straight to Sapphique.
