Chapter 8 Summary

Finn is awakened by a voice that he thinks is his brother, Keiro. It's Jared, however, with Claudia. Claudia dismisses the servants. Jared confirms that Finn had a seizure and then Claudia had Finn transported to the room they're in now. The proclamation ceremony is in an hour. Jared asks if it's true that the prison is so small that they can't find it. Jared confirms it is true.

Finn says he remembered something. Finn says he is a star seer. Finn isn't sure if what he saw is a real memory or a vision of some sort.

After Finn leaves, Jared says Finn is accustomed to telling lies form being in prison. Claudia thinks it's a memory of Prince Giles. Jared tells Claudia about his meeting with the Queen. Claudia confirms that the Queen won't let her go to the academy. Jared...
