Chapter 6 Summary

The secretary tells Claudia that he is a member of the clan of the steel wolves. He tells Claudia that they want to find the warden, just like Claudia does. He tells Claudia that he has information that the Queen intends to install a new warden of Incarceron and it won't be Claudia. The secretary tells Claudia that he is not her father's daughter.

When Claudia looks up, it's Finn standing in the doorway. He says he's been looking for her. When she says she went to see Jared, Finn asks if Jared has found the portal. Claudia yells at Finn that he'll never find the prisoners in Incarceron, such as Attia, because the portal is so small that they can't find it. As Finn's world starts to grow black, the cobblestones turn into a forest as he passes out.
