Addie is taken to the witness stand. Roy comes in and gives the court muffins. Matt objects, but the judge allows it. Addie testifies that she and Jack fought that night, and he left her home, eventually returning a few hours later. She also mentions that Jack was beat up. That night, Meg goes to see Gilly. Meg says Matt decided Meg shouldn't testify. Meg tells Gilly she remembers Jack touching her, and Gilly gets angry and says Jack only touched her, not Meg. Frankie, the DNA expert testifies next, distracting some of the male jurors since she is so good looking. She tells the court the blood is Jack's, but the semen cannot be proven to be his or not...
