Fire extinguisher

A fire extinguisher fell on Sarah Polley's head and caused a severe concussion. Polley had been rumbling around in the Lost and Found bin at the community center when she stood up suddenly. In the next moment, the full weight of the fire extinguisher hit her. She would go on to suffer concussion symptoms for years.
