Summary

Kenya and Tip wait for a taxi in the snow in order to get a ride to the Museum of Ichtyology, but no taxi arrives. After debating whether to take the bus or T, the two decide to take the T and then walk in the snow, with Kenya holding Tip’s backpack full of books. On the way, they argue over the forty dollars Doyle has given to Kenya to use for the taxi. Tip tells Kenya he wants her to keep it, and Kenya imagines it’s because he doesn’t know how to help her financially himself. Kenya feels keeping it is wrong, so she gives it to Tip.
