After his relationships with Britt Eckland and Liz Treadwell ended, Stewart continued seeing multiple women, including Bebe Buell, a former Playboy centerfold model. Stewart admits his relationships never lasted very long, mostly because he was turned off to commitment. This pattern changed in 1978, however, when Stewart met Alana Hamilton.
