Summary
In Chapter 33, Sugilite: Integration. Spirituality, Forgiveness, Benedict immediately calls Charlie to tell him Gemma is missing. Charlie explains that whenever they get into, Gemma usually goes for long walks or goes to stay with a friend, such as DJ, an older boy she was interested in who was not really interested in her. Benedict and Charlie set out together to find her. They scour town, asking if anyone has seen her. They head to check Stone Studio. Charlie is impressed by how it has changed, and immediately recognizes their dad’s journal. The journal is open to an entry on sugilite, which is used for helping headaches. Benedict now thinks he knows where Gemma is. They head to the moors. Charlie explains that Gemma does not know how to handle emotions, that they blast out of her.
