Chapters 19 and 20 Summary

Chapter 19. The senior Committee is practicing transformations. Bliss can turn herself into smoke and several other forms. Mimi also has the ability. Schuyler, however, is having trouble with her transformation. As Bliss is trying to talk Schuyler through it, Bliss has a vision of Dylan, predicting that he is at the school gates. As Dylan rants and raves in the street like a homeless and crazy person, Bliss turns into a lioness to corner Dylan, and Schuyler casts a spell on him that puts him to sleep. They bundle Dylan up in a makeshift straight jacket and Bliss takes the sleeping Dylan to her apartment so her dad can help Dylan.
