Summary
In Chapter 15, the protagonist and Nazrul make plans and preparations for the bank robbery. Nazrul is compelled by his addiction to the logistics of the task, and the protagonist is compelled by his belief that this act might finally erase the barrier he feels between himself and reality/authenticity. Many of the logistical complications come from making sure they are not caught, and making sure none of the accomplices tell other people about the robbery. Nazrul says that the only way to stop information about the robbery from leaking to other people is to kill everyone involved, as well as anyone involved with any of the reenactments. After the robbery, they would all board an escape plane, which would then be destroyed with explosives. The protagonist approves of the idea, finding it oddly beautiful.
