Revivals in Africa Summary and Analysis

Rees begins preaching in Rusitu about the Holy Spirit and Pentecost and people are forever changed. For two years, Rees and Elizabeth would go from station to station achieving victory and bringing the Holy Spirit down to the people. They return to Rusitu to help convert the married men who hesitate to convert so they may continue to receive financial gain from their un-saved customs. They are able to convert a few, but then when the country is hit with a flu epidemic, the tragedy becomes a catalyst for more conversions. Word gets out that the station is being spared from death by the flu and it is attributed to the white man's Lord.
