Summary
In Chapter 11, Yancy answers a call from Clippy’s. A giant Gambian pouched rat came in through the fire exit and ran through the dining room, which was full of guests. Everyone understands that Yancy has to close the restaurant, but they decide to say that the closure is due to renovations. The next morning, Yancy wakes up and finds Merry on his deck. He invites her to ride along with him, which pleases her.
In the same chapter, Trebeaux talks to Burton about his car accident. He denies knowing who hit him. Afterwards, he goes to a restaurant with John the Second. When the hostess does not let him in with the dog, Trebeaux lets it go.
Meanwhile Brock and Deb are having relationship problems because she lost the engagement ring and they are having problem in the bedroom, a side effect...
