Chapter 39, Harmony Summary

John discusses the next moves with CIA Director Foley. Foley questions the odds of 50 plus armed environmentalists against 15 Rainbow team members. John scoffs at the idea that his men couldn't take these scientists. Foley approves John's entire plan. Before departing, Clark receives word that contents of the chlorine filter confiscated from Gearing were tested. The cannister contains an Ebola strain laced with cancer DNA. Not only did these fiends want to murder most people on earth, they had the means to do so. Foley informs Clark that Popov has been placed in another safe house, but Kansas authorities want him for murder. Clark tells Foley he will personally provide Popov with an alibi. Even though Popov was responsible for an attack on his family, he turned out to do everyone quite a favor.
