Chapter 12, Wild Cards Summary

Two of the young men plotting in Spain, Andre and Esteban, are hired as workers at World Park, which is an extravagant amusement park located outside of Madrid. The park is a top attraction for Europeans and people from all countries. On any given day the attendance is between 10,000 and 50,000. In Andre's position with the security force, he has access to areas and information which will help in the scheme he and his associates are plotting. After much planning and discussion, everything is set and the others drive south from France to Spain.
